This is just one of the spaces in Rincón de Ademuz that has been transformed into a museum, with this former mill allowing us to become engrossed in the lives of the pre-industrial past. It’s a medieval building which originally belonged to the crown until the 14th century, and the mill was fully operational until the middle of the 20th century. It was reconstructed at the beginning of the 21st century and two of the original millstones have been conserved.
Immerse yourself in the Water Interpretation Centre and discover the water that surrounds you and its uses throughout the history of this place which enjoys such an intimate relation with this vital element.
The town’s Tourist Office is also found in this building.
